Any items returned to us must be unworn. We will not reimburse you for damaged, stained, or worn items returned to us. Do not remove any hangtags from items you wish to return.<\/p>\n

If you want to return any items to us, notify us or send the items to us before the period of withdrawal from contract expires.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Include a completed copy of the sample withdrawal form with your return or provide us with your contact information and your order number to enable us to process your return. Please inform us by e-mail at info@monacoveloclub.de<\/a> before returning any items to us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You will be responsible for any and all direct costs you incur in connection with returning items to us. We recommend that you insure the package of items you return to us and that you save the carrier\u2019s receipt and all shipping information until the return process has been completed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
